The policy indemnifies the Insured against liability at law to pay compensation and claimant’s cost and expense
in respect of injury to the employees arises which arises whilst in the course of employment with the Insured for
which it is liable. In addition, the policy may pay all costs and expenses with the company’s written consent.

For those categories of employees not protected by the Workmen’s Compensation Acts or SOCSO, liability at law
still exists and the employee can obtain indemnity under the Employer’s Liability Policy.
