This insurance provide cover to bodily injury or property damage arising out of products manufactured, sold or
distributed by the Insured or by others trading under his name. The injury may arise from the defective manufacturer,
incorrect labeling, wrongful instructions, inadequate warnings or defective packing materials.

The policy is written on a "claims-made" basis with costs and expenses being inclusive in the Limit of Indemnity.
There is an aggregate limit expressed as the maximum amount for any one period of insurance.
